Network & passwords

I figured out my own problem! I went to the PC tha twas
asking for passwords, right clicked on the drive, clicked
sharing and deleted the password, somehow one got put in
there (kids!).

I recently added a PC running XP to my exisiting network
of 2 PC's running Win 98 SE. The odd thing is that when
trying to access files on one of the old PC's from either
of the other two machines, I get a message telling me I
need a password to access the files. I never set up a
password and this never happened with this particular PC
before I added the new one. I tried to input a blank
password but it tells me that is an invalid password.

can I eliminate this problem?
