Default I really need help

I created a slideshow of pictures using mm2. I set it to several songs.
However, I can't seem to set the picture duration. I looked in the help
section and followed accordingly- but the picture duration time will not
change. HOw can I shorten the length of the slideshow show that I can
include the amount of pictures but not have the slideshow last too long. IT
is for an end of the year preschool celebration. PLEASE HELP ME!

Tara

1st put the picture in the collections window (NOT timeline). Then go to
Tools, Options, Advanced tab. There you can change the duration. THEN move
the pictures to the timeline. Once in the timeline you can click the
picture and then drag it left or right to increase or decease the picture
duration to the hundredth of a sec. Let me know if that works.
