desktop says system stopped and cannot change
my desktop says system stopped all the time,in big red letters in a black
bo., and cannot change my desktop picture, it wont allow me,having big probs with my pc,andthink this may be the cause.PLEASE HELP...

It is possible that your computer has been hyjacked by browser hyjacking run
ADWARE or Spybot this will display attacks by, i would say severe spyware! If nothing shows run system restore or clean the harddisk altogether and re-install. Best to call technical support, until resolution to your problem has been found at possible stay clear from the internet till problem is solved. Hope this works out for you.
