Default blocked from sites

My computer recently crashed, and I had a friend help restore it. I don't
know what he did, but when I try to click on certain items on certain pages,
I get the message, "This item has been blocked." I was thinking maybe the
firewall is too high, but it's on MED. and the setting below that is OFF. I
have ZoneAlarm and Windows Defender.
