windows taskbar, duplicate toolbars (bug)
In the whole taskbar at the bottom of the screen there are two "toolbars"
(where the "footprint" of each application sits. When I open a program, a footprint for that program opens in both taskbars, so I have two footprints that represent the same program. I have used the Language bar for Japanese language controls, and wonder if this might have caused the extra taskbar/toolbar. Any one know how to fix this problem? -- sf
