Default Windows SP2 Problems

Hi!

Last week sometime, my kids installed the Windows SP2 download and ever
since then I am having HUGE problems.

I can't delete any files or folders. I have tried Safe Mode, I have tried
through DOS and neither will allow me to delete files/folders.

I have also tried to do a system restore and there is nothing to
restore...no earlier date to use.

Any suggestions out there? HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP, PLEASE!!!!!!!!

Wendy
