Default FAX PROBLEM

Our system is running XPhome edition. We are using CANON
fax machine of model C70 connected to LPT1. We have
installed the driver for the fax machine from canon
website.

Whenever we start the computer, it prompts unable to start
the canon fax service automatically and prompts to do
manually.

Also we are not able to share the printer in our LAN.

could someone help us

Default FAX PROBLEM

You would need contact Canon for the canon fax service startup failure.

However for fax, XP has a built-in fax solution. You could check
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/e...2october21.asp
for more details on getting started.
