Really have no idee how to get this of!!

I've got this message everytime i trun on my pc. I reinstalle Windowsxp and
now i've got always this notice:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runntime Error!
Program: C:\Programme Files\MSNMessenger\msnmsgr.exe
R6025
- pure virtual fonction call

Please help me because i use a lot msn messenger for work.
