These groups, when used correctly -- like anything else in life, work
beautifully. There are some very professional people here that have
decided to give their time and expertise to helping others in need.
While with time, if not daily recently, you will encounter individuals
that just are looking to argue or be rude; it is these individuals that
maintain a level of professionalism and delete the posts or do not
respond to them at all. And in by doing so, they have more time to
dedicate themselves to you and your issues.

And to further and to your comment, not only are the responses quick;
but they are accurate as well. I am glad you have had a positive
experience with these newsgroups and we look forward in help you and
others when you need it.

That always seems to help, doesn't it?!?

"Enquire, plan, and execute"??? Long live the Queen :-) Here in the
states it would be, "Accuse, sentence, execute" :-)
