Cannot view OFFICE workgroup after upgrade to SP3 on one computer

The list of servers for this workgroup is not currently available.

As I said all was working fine until I installed SP3 on the laptop.

I have tried setting access to files and printers on the laptop but it
still
does not work.

How can I fix this?
