Default Messenger starts and stops

Whenever I click on my MSN Messenger 7.5 Every thjing starts ok but then I
get this error message that tels me there is a problem and messengers has to
close i've run all the trouble shooting and only thing thats bad is it says
"Your Host file contains MSN Messenger related entries which may interfere
with name resolution"
Can anyone tell me what to do???
