Default Windows Media Player Digital Copyright 0xC00D1163

Hi Everyone,
When i put a dvd into my dvd player on my comp, it comes up with this
message "Windows media player can not play dvd because a problem has occured
with the digital copyright protection. I have Windvd as well as media player
9. It is all dvds that come up with this message. I am running xp pro

Just wondering if anyone can help me.
