changing home page
When I go to the General tab under internet options, it
won't allow to change my homepage. I can't even highlight the address abr and type in the address I want on the general tab. Why is that? How can I change my home page?

Try an alternate meathod or resetting the Homepage.
Drag the "E" Icon in the address bar up to the homepage icon and let go. Test.
