green screen when playing DVD in WinXP MCE 2004

Default help....

Hello, everytime I insert a DVD to play in Media Center,
I get a green screen and my system becomes very slow.
Below is a copy of the error I was able to find in Event
Log... any help would be greatly appreciated.
