Default browseUI.dll

Hi,

I've reinstalled WinXP with SP2 on my notebook and I can log-in using my
username and password. However then it goes to the desktop screen with
nothing on it. Not even the taskbar at the bottom or any icons at all.

There is a pop-up saying that the file browseUI.dll is missing.
I cannot do anything other than open the DOS command page using SHift+F10
key to search my hdd.

Where can I find this browseUI.dll file and where do I copy it over to ?

cheers
Andrew
