Default can't update with SP2 - can't copy ntldr

Hello, All!

I have tried twice to update my sp1 to sp2 using window update. Everything
seems to be going fine until I get a dialog telling me the ntldr file can
not be copied from the default folder. So I hit browse, that folder shows up
first and there is the ntldr but repeated retries do no good.

Is this a known problem with a known solution?

Thanks.

Colonel Blip.
