Default An 8.1 quirk?

Euphemistically speaking . . .

When you go to control panel - programs and features - view installed
updates and select an update, at the bottom of the screen is the parent
name and the support link. This support link is not clickable. I'd swear
it used to be. You can't even highlight it for copy and paste. Is this
happening to other folks? Not too convienient.

Programs and Features
- Not all links for installed updates are clickable (applies to
earlier o/s too - Vista, Win7)

Open Windows Update, View Update History, right click the update and
choose View Details
