When my computer starts I get a message from Norton Anti-Virus regarding
"Access Denied Drive C"
The Norton FAQ says that is controlled by the Administrator (me) but I
cannot find any reference to that phrase anywhere in Help or the KB or
Administrator stuff.

Anyone have a solution to this?

Since Norton Anti-virus is complaining, suggest you check its 'help' or
on their web site. Try turning NAV off, to see if it is really the cause
of the problem.

Use the above utility to remove all traces of a previous version of =
