Go to Start / Run and type in: control userpasswords2 / Ok.

On the Users tab, clear the check mark from the Users must enter a user name and password
to use this computer and then click OK.

In the Automatically Log On dialog box that appears, type the user
name and password for the account you want to be logged on each time you
start your computer.

1. I have open that "USER ACCOUNTS" and find out that beside Owner &
Administrator, there have another name "ASPNET" as User , is that mean a
hacker contolling my computer ? Should I remove it?

2. When I'm exit the above "USER ACCOUNTS" and try to reboot , "Trend Micro
Anti-Spyware - Verus Spy Trap" show me a warning message :
Vulnerability
An important Windows policy setting is not set for optimum security. Leaving
this setting as is will increase your system's vulnerability to external
access.

Details
Description: This system allows auto-logon using hard coded unencrypted
password stored in the registry

Threat Details
Vulnerability: A high Risk security Weakness that exists on your computer
that can be used to compromise your systems security.

Recommentdation
We strongly recomment that you correct this setting to prevent your system's
security from being compromised.

I'm not sure that user "ASPNET" above = Trend Micro Anti-Spyware but I have
ignore this message for this momoent but when I reboot , 2 message box appear
after Logo :

Log On to Windows
User Name: Owner
Password: ***** User Name & Password in dim color that I cannot
change anything

Logon Message
The system could not log you on. Make sure your User name and domain are
correct, theny type your password again. Letters in password must be typed
using the correct case.

After click on OK , I can login and go to Start - Run and doing all
procedure once again but this time I cannot login after reboot , 2 message
box popup for 2 seconds then disappear but stay in welcome window (not freeze
because mouse still work). I have to push the button on CPU to make it
response. I restart it in Safe Mode, 2 message box also popup but this time I
can pick login as Owner or Administrator . Then I check the box "Users must
enter a user name and password to use this computer" then restart in normal
mode.

Anti-spyware program is a trial version and will be expire few weeks later ,
should I remove it now (from User Accounts) or remove it later or what else
to do?

ASPNET is a hidden user account on all machines...to do with the .net
application. Leave it alone.

If you have gotten the .Net Framework updates, these create a new special user called "ASPNET". Do not delete this account as it could cause some programs not to run properly.

The anti-spyware program you have is giving you a false / positive response, which means that it is seeing a legitimate setting or feature as a threat.
