weird message

I've not seen that message but, have you tried
uninstalling the Web Camera program restarting the
computer then reinstalling the program and restarting the
machine?

After installing a Web Camera program I keep getting the
message "Failure to load Countries.xml "OK"" message. I
hit the OK key and it acts like it installs the file,
but
the message comes back a few seconds later. I did a
search and found the file Countries.xml file.
Everything
so far runs normally but is interruppted by this
troublesome message. anyone else seen it?
