Picture tags in MS Outlook

I may not be in the right location for this but here goes.
I have changed over to MS Office Outlook from Outlook Express.
I am still getting use to it. I don't seem to be able to see the picture
tags that come on some of my mail, like from business, etc.
It looks something like this: |-x-| only with a red x in a Black outlined box.
(I tried to copy it but I could not paste it)
Anyone got any ideas? ;-)

I've tried a few ideas but still nothing happens. I still have little boxes
with red X where there should be pictures. Thanks again

A Google search netted this possible solution.

Try the microsoft.public.outlook.general ng for a better chance of a reply.
