Default backup utility - XP home

I've installed the backup utility and when I run the wizard I get the
following message:

BACKUP UTILITY

The backup file could not be used.

"E:\Backup.bkf"

Please ensure it is a valid path, and that you have sufficient access.

What should I do?

Thanks,
John Reed
