virtual memory too low, virtual memory paging is being increased

Default virtual memory too low, virtual memory paging is being increased

I find this message when I, the comp administrator, logs on sometimes and am
told some things may now be available while virtual memory paging is being
increased. Is this something i should tend to? I do disc clean up.
