Remote Access Workgroups

I am trying to set up remote access so that my daughter
can access my computer to work from home. (I own a
business). The problem that I can't seem to resolve is
how to set up remote access with multiple users and also
using internet sharing. I can get it up with one user
however, when another user logs on, the first user gets
bumped off.

I would appreciate anyone who might have some expertise in
setting this up to let me know how I need to accomplish
this.
