Default direct print out in test.txt file

just add a port of type "local port" with the name of the file
the printout should go e.g. c:\temp\test.txt.
Format of this file is raw (pcl for pcl-printers, postscript for
postscript printers, ...)
The file will be overwritten for each print job.
