Default LAWSUIT TIME

I leave my Toshiba c55t c5383 laptop on all the time so I can sit down
and do what I need to do .... immediately.

This time I sat down to a blank screen and unresponsive keyboard or mouse.

So I had to power cycle.

Now twenty minutes later I get a desktop and have to wait another few
minutes to be able to access any apps.

TOTAL CRAP !!!!!!!

Now don't tell me as an afterthought that I could have fiddled and kept
M$ from screwing be up.

That should have been a initial startup OPT-IN !

And what piddly-ass changes did they update?
Nothing of world shaking magnitude at all.

Any why do those right screen popups go away so quickly ?
I cannot react to them in time to see what it is trying to tell me.
More M$ ****ty ergonomics !!!!!

And these updates were dated 5/10/2017. This is 5/15/207. What the #$%#*

Thank the heavens I still have several Win XP Pro PCs.
That just works ! NOT Win 9. Win No !

And these updates did not fix any of the real problems I am having like
things going dead for many seconds or app crashing on Win10 that work on
Win XP Pro or Win 7 Pro or that damn green bar appearing in Windows File
Explorer whenever I need to do something. JUNK SOFTWARE.

Get some Apple stuff since you know nothing about a PC.

they plugged the hole in the OS , because of the ransomware issues that
caused, many a IP person sleep over the weekend. WIn10 got some changes
that required a wait time..
my 7 & 8.1 got the same udates but took a little less install time.
the XP machine is not on-line. so I had to apply the KB-* fix from a
thumbdrive.

You have been saying this for almost a year now but you are still using
Windows 10. either you are mentally disturbed or that you need Windows
10 because your neighbour has one. There are nutters who need to have
something because their neighbour has one.

Yes, it's nutter to use a microsoft product, not much of security there
and then people uses anti-virus programs which makes the system even
more insecure.

I can't offer any suggestions but one. If you think Win10 is that bad, try
a Linux distro. Pick one from the many comments that will be offered up
after this post is made.

Make sure you make an image backup of Win10 because you will be reloading it
soon enough. If you can't make it with Win10, Linux will soon have you
really ranting.

Now let the Linux lovers do their thing....;-0

Anti-virus software doesn't make your system less secure, I don't know
where the Hell you get that. Some of them might be easy to circumvent
(like the free ones) but something like BitDefender will do a good job
at protecting you.

Uhm, we don't care if you use Linux or not.

I sometimes boot into Win10, like when I'm mad at the computer and want to
prostitute it out for revenge
