WLM - Edit a stationery file - question

I write a New Message in Windows Live Mail and then add stationery. There is
an option to Create New or Edit.

When I click on Edit, I get this message:
"This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this
action.
Please install a program or, if one is already installed, create an
association in the Default Programs control panel".

I open the Default Programs control panel and look for the file that the
stationery is made of (HTML document), which is already associated with
Internet Explorer, which is installed.
But nothing opens in Internet Explorer.

Am I missing something? (Very likely)
It isn't vital that I edit anything, I was just curious why there is that
option when it doesn't do anything.

I make stationery in Paint Shop Pro, then convert that via Create New into
an HTML document before it can be used, but I can't edit using Paint Shop
Pro after it is an HTML document.

If anyone can throw some light on this, I would love to know.

No real answer. But a HTML editor sounds right. Notepad all the way up to
Adobe (spit) Dreamweaver But as the files are on Mickey's servers that might
not be easy.

Hehe.. the whole Stationery making thing in WLM is severely lacking. This is
a polite description.

I am still making stationery on my laptop which has XP installed, everything
works well there .

Just had a look. If you right click the stationery htm file name and select
notepad or some other Html Editor it will open in that Prog.
