Windows Messenger

Instant message in windows messenger I am unable to
activeate start talking. I get the message
THE NETWORK OR COMPUTER YOU ARE TRYING TO REACE IS
EXPERIENCING A PROBLEM PLEASE TRY LATER.
This appiers on my friends screen and mine when he sends
to me.

Also start camera option help menu says click option and
check show my vidio as picture in picture, unable to do
this as it is in faint writing.
I have checked everything and all seems to be ok unless I
have missed something.
Any information would be helpful thank you for your time
and truble.
