Default Has anyone ever received hotfix referenced in 889320?

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/889320/en-us makes a reference to a hotfix
which I have tried in vain to get from MS.
I was wondering if anyone ever received it?
I was wondering if anyone ever applied it?
I was wondering if anyone could prove that it actually exists?

This hotfix is over 1 year old. This fix is not directly available
from the standard Windows Updates. Also, this fix "might" have been
re-done in SP3.

It is supposed to be available. Not planning on migrating to SP3 unless it
comes slipstreamed on a manufacturer image. Seen too many rebuilds caused by
it.
