There is NitroShock Configuration Manager in my pc but I cannot put it to
work. I think I have to pay first.

Hotbar is nasty spyware. Download and install Spybot Search & Destroy
and/or Ad-aware 6 (I prefer Spybot, but Ad-aware's gui is more
user-friendly) and clean up your system.

let me know what I should do next. I have already saved that TOOLBAR

ready to put it into registry. I already saved my original setting with

Hi Alan,

If you still have Hotbar installed, could you export your .jpg and .dll
extensions from this key and send it to me via e-mail?
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT

You should have two listed, the default ones and the other would be very
long strings.

To uninstall Hotbar:

Remove Hotbar (Line 195)

Alan,

While we're at it, in Windows Explorer, can you click File, New,

Folder??
Kelly suspects that the Hotbar toolbar interferes with this for some

users.

Alan,

Yes, you can Export the existing branch as a backup. Kelly's REG file will
delete it as part of the fix. Alternatively, of the 5 entries in the
right pane, you can just delete each entry, individually, until you find the
one that makes an undesired toolbar go away.

"{8E718888-423F-11D2-876E-00A0C9082467}"=hex:00

is for the standard IE toolbars. If you only want that one, use Kelly's
REG file to do the job for you.
