Default Printing to Local Port May Fail with Access Denied Error 188878

http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;188878

I have a Risc 6000 AIX which sends print jobs to a shared printer defined
with local port on a NT 40 Server which are map to local
\\worstation\printers.

This has worked fine for last 5 years. Now that I am replacing win 98
machines with xp pro I get a Access is Denied when printing
to this Printer. I have found above knowledge base article that describes
my problem. I looked at workaround
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;EN-US;121853 but this
shows using nt 3.1 and when I get to part about multi string
nt 4.0 does not have that option on menu.

Any one have any Ideas.

Please look at link above.
