Default SP2 Content Blocker & XML

I am an application support provider. I spend a great deal of time
examining XML that I generate on my workstation. Since installing XP
SP2 I get blocked-content messages every time that I open an XML file.
I then click on "Allow Blocked Content" followed by the "Are you sure
you want to do this" prompt.

I would like to tell XP security to always trust XML that is on the
local machine, or, at this point, I would be happy to trust ALL XML.
I cannot figure out to make either outcome happen.

I believe that I have tried every setting in:
IE-Tools-Security-INTERNET-Custom Level window

and at

IE-Tools-Security- INTRANET-Custom Level window.

Is it possible for me to always accept local XML or any XML without
triggering the content blocker?

Thanks
