Default "Activation error"

Printing from a program, get error message \"Activation Error\" and inside
the box \"Printer not activated - error code - 30\". Able to print from
Notepad OK. Prints from Quicken is OK. What to do to eliminate error code
from the Windows based program written in Dbase 5.7???
