WinXP should have those drivers. Go to StartAll
ProgramsAccessoriesSystem ToolsSystem Information. Expand the Components
by clicking the + sign. Click on Display.
In the rt hand pane you will see information on your Display Adaptor.
Name, Adaptor Description, Type etc Post the information back here. Same
with Audio Device.

Rita, did your husband install new components such as Video and Sound
Card? Did he reinstall WinXP? When you say new system that means a new
computer to me.
Anyway he should know what drivers you need. Forget about Cnet.
Follow my instructions in the last post. I need more info to help you.

Hi Rich,
No, they computer crashed and we did a factory reset and installed xppro.
yes I did that, they are not there, they are how ever in the PROBLEM DEVICE
category. They're drivers can not be found, I forgot to back them up when we
changed systems.
Hopr this is more helpful

Rita, do you have a Dell or HP Computer? If you purchased the computer
retail you should have a Software CD that came with the computer. The
drivers will be on the CD.
Let me know the make and model of your computer.

Hi Rich,

you'd think it would be, but it's not. The computer is a great quality pc
from Fry Electronics. My brother in law purchased it for us.
I have the XP Pro CD, the video and audio drivers are not on it.

Rita, give Fry's a call. Tell them your problem and maybe from their
records and the info you give them they can determine what drivers you need.
The CD you need is separate from the WinXP CD. The computer should
have come with some documentation. Or, ask you brother in law to help.

This is exactly my question, Rita? Instead of all this conversation: Where
are the drivers?
