I have (13) desktop computers, in a domain, that I maintain as the administrator at a State University. They are used frequently by users with accounts on our domain. They are in lecture halls and classrooms accessed by professors and other faculty.
I set the Power Scheme to Presentation, Hibernation to Off (Uncheck Enable Hibernation) and Screen Saver to none. When a regular user logs into the PC in the settings revert to Power Scheme to Home/Office Desk, Hibernation to On (Checked Enable Hibernation) and Screen Saver to WinXP in 10 Minutes. Can I make the settings I want to hold for regular users. |
