Default Please Help - XP Intallation - Unable to Access Win 98 ICQ Program

Your help is very appreciated... heres my problem...
I upgraded to Win XP from Win 98. I installed it into a
different folder rather than a clean install. All works
well except I am not able to use my ICQ account that I
had before I upgraded. The application is not listed in
my new XP programs. Using windows explorer I am able to
find the application on my hard drive but when clicking
on it it gives me an error.

I am at a loss on what to do... Do I have to boot up
using Win 98 assuming I can do that ? I can simply
install an new ICQ version on my XP programs but I need
to open my account to see my pasword before I can do that
to recover my logon info... frustrated... and thanks...

You will need to reinstall ICQ under XP. Since you didn't do an upgrade, XP
knows nothing about the ICQ install.
