Fatal HD Upgrade!!!!

Hello everybody, I have a windows ME....I used to have a
20 GB Harddrive and I upgrade it to 80GB....and Also
upgrade my 64MB of ram to 192 MB....After the upgrade my
computer cannot conect to AOL anymore...Also eveything
freezes every time...I don't know what to do...The
computer seems to respond very slowly.....Does anybody
have any solutions to my problem....Please let me
know...Thanks for your support......

Reseat all components especially memory and hard drive connections.
Verify memory sticks are compatible.
Try using one stick of memory and then swap if it still freezes (new
memory may be bad)

Try these:
Run an updated virus scan.
Run Disk Cleanup checking all boxes.
Run Scandisk, check "Thorough" and "Automatically fix errors"
Run Defrag.
If you have file sharing software such as Kazaa, disable it.

Maybe the new harddrive is empty. Have you put any programs on the new
harddrive yet?
