Default Logon Screen

-----Original Message-----
I'm a new user of XP and when I start my computer it now
goes to a logon screen which says...Owner and I have to
click on that for my computer to finish booting up and

go
to my desktop. I have never had to do this before and

is
there anyway to bypass this screen and not have to logon
everytime I start my computer since I'm the only one

that
uses it.
.

Hi. I was having the same problem. If you go to your
start button, and chose run. Type "control
userpasswords2", and then click ok. You can then chose
whether you want to enter a password or not. I just
found this today, so my guess is it will ask you for a
new password after a certain point. Good Luck.
