"Lost Icons" in start menu.

DOH ! Sussed this one, I was creating short cuts from
all programs menu, putting on desktop, pinning to start
and then deleting from desktop instead of pinning to
start from the all programs menu. Have to learn to read
all the prompts in the "right-click box" !!!
