Default printer and xp

Printers control quality of output, Os'es just send data to them.. try
'cleaning the heads'.. your 3010 is like my BJ4000.. it uses a replaceable
cartridge assembly.. remove it and and reseat it..

Since I upgraded to Win XP Home my printer is not putting
out the quality that it did when I was using ME. It is a
Canon BJ 3010. I am not looking for a great picture but
something that looks pretty good, anyone have idea as to
what might be going on? I have downloaded drivers from
Canon site but no difference.
