Default Academic versions

Hi Group,
Does the Academic Version of Win XP Professional or whatever software only
allow me to perform an install on one machine? i.e I cannot install the
software on more than 1 machine.

Thanks
Jackie

Hi Jackie,
If it is the retail academic box then this is for one machine. If you are
running a select agreement then you could use the same media for all the
installs (you would purchase licenses). Have a look at
http://www.microsoft.com/education/?ID=ChooseOption and
http://www.microsoft.com/education/?ID=HowToBuy for more information.
