Default Restoring Data

I had windows XP Professional installed when my hard drive
crash a few weeks ago. I learn XP saves your Data.

Is it possible to get this Data restored to another XP
machine if I can access the Restore folder located in the
System Volume folder.

Thanks

If the hard drive dies, you most likely lost everything on it. You cannot
use a System Restore point on another system. Hopefully, you have a recent
back up on removable media. Depending on how valuable the data is, there are
services that can recover the data.
