Default winstart

I have one limited user account on my computer - when
this account logs on it gets an error message "winstart
has encountered a problem...send report?" the details
are appname winstart001.exe; appver 5.0.10; modname
netdll.dll

Any help in getting rid of this annoying but seemingly
harmless message?

the winstart001 application is setup to run at start up,
apparently it is av'ing and Windows Error reporting is offering to
send us information on the crash.

Try using start \ run \ msconfig.exe to stop the winstart001
application from running at startup
