Default PCI IRQ problem

I recently purchased an ATI-TV Wonder PCI card to put in
my newly bulit AMD 2500+ Barton with an MSI KT4VL
Motherboard, I have a Gainward GEforce4 64 mb, and a sound
blaster Audigy. I place in the TV card and initially it
works, but as I open a new program, my computer freezes
with no cntrl+alt+del available. I originaly thought it
was the motherboard but Windows is supposed to set the IRQ
automatically. The audio driver sets itself at PCI 5 and
the video at PCI 17. I tried switching PCI slots but its
no help. Im not sure if its a conflict in Drivers or what.
I know the card is supposed to work becuase my friend also
has one. After contacting the companies, I am only left
with a windows problem. Please help. P.S. I am running
WINXP Pro with SP1. I downloaded the proper drivers and
most solutions left me at square one.
Thanks,
Shane
