usb enhanced host controller problem

When reinstalling XP on my laptop I had a problem with
installing the driver for the usb enhanced controller. I
down loaded a driver but when I tried to install it, it
said the device wouldn't work properly due to a code 10.
Any ideas?
The driver I downloaded was u2v2_02.
