Remote Desktop and HP Officejet 5500 All-in-One
Recently purchased a HP OfficeJet 5500v for an employee's home office. When she connects via Remote Desktop to her office PC, it can not setup the printer for remote printing. Talked to HP and they said that the LaserJet line would support this function(as I've seen with my home setup) but the OfficeJet line does not. Has anyone found a way around this? She needs the mult-purpose machine to cut down on equipment cluter in her home office.
