Default Making multiple installation files

I have 9 new company Pentium III 700 mhz machiens
I want to load XP Pro on all of them
Is there a way to make a installation disk so I can make one image so to
speak so I don't have to manually load XP on all the machines
Or use Ghost?
I am concered about the Licensing issue
I have all 9 XP Copies
Whats the best way to do this?
