Default Labels with WORKS 2004

Do I have to get a blank word processing screen to do labels? I have tried to
follow directions given to several other folks on this site and they don't
work. e.g. In the HELP index i click on Mail or Mail Merge. Nothing else
comes up so i can't proceed. I can't find "Mailing Labels" anywhere, and I
can't find Wkswp.exe file on the RUN attempt. What am I doing wrong? Thank a
million!
