add date to labels

Thanks to Doug Robbins and Graham Mayor this week for helping me convert a
word list to a table doc to merge into filing labels. Now that I have the
labels, I realized that I have to insert 2006 into each label (there are
many). Do I have to type 2006 over and over in the 200+ labels or is there
an easier way?

Will sincerely appreciate any assistance.
