Rightclick on taskbar and make new toolbar with shortcut to:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu Then you can open folder and manage as you like. |

Only contains shortcuts that are part of the "All Users" profile, but then again, not many shortcuts go to a specific users profile. Nicely done! |

That's a lot of programs. Maybe that's why Microsoft invented new start
menu. I like old start button because shortcuts are near each other and we don't need to move cursor so much. But for people with hundreds of programs I believe it's better to use modern menu.
